I’m calling it now (if it hasn’t already happened) but one Comedian WILL become a REALTOR® and will leverage their reach and content to grow a career in the space. While we all know Bill Burr couldn’t get through one house showing, we definitely know he could entertain clients during one if he was in the mood, and by entertain we mean insult them until they bought the place or left crying.

The art of entertaining is a requisite, especially when you’re trying to appeal to prospective homebuyers. Gone are the days of simply showcasing a home’s features. Today, it’s all about the experience, the narrative, and yes – sometimes even the humor. While this may not hit home with all clients, in a fun twist, we’ve imagined some of the top comedians as REALTORS®, curating content in their signature comedic styles. The only peace you’re getting is a piece of that food truck gyro at 3 AM. And trust me, it’s worth every honk and shout

Had a lady ask for a house with ‘character’. So I show her this old, charming place. We walk in, and it’s got those creaky wood floors, you know? Every step is like the house is talking to you. She’s loving it. But then we hit the upstairs, and there’s this room with creepy old wallpaper. I swear it looked like something out of a horror movie. She goes, ‘What’s the story here?’ I’m like, ‘Well, it’s either a gateway to another dimension, or someone had a wild 70s party. Either way, it’s a conversation starter.

People keep talking about wanting a ‘smart home’. I showed a house where you could control everything with an app. Lights, thermostat, even the blinds. But here’s the thing: the previous owner was a tech whiz. Halfway through the tour, the blinds start going up and down on their own. I’m trying to play it cool, but inside I’m like, ‘Are we in a haunted tech demo? Is this what the future looks like? Ghosts sending you passive-aggressive thermostat adjustments

Bert Kreischer AKA “The Shirtless Salesman” Bio: Who needs professionalism when you’ve got Bert? I lead him to the most vintage room and say, ‘This is the epicenter of intelligence. If these walls could talk, they’d probably ask what happened to real talent. But don’t worry, we can always install a voice assistant to remind you to water your single plant. It’s the only thing relying on you

Though he might joke about his stature, Kevin Hart’s presence in the real estate world is undeniably gigantic. Bringing his infectious energy and family-oriented humor to every transaction, Hart ensures that every client feels like a superstar. With Kevin, it’s not just about square footage; it’s about the size of the laughs.

I had this open house scheduled, right? Big place, beautiful backyard. Thought it’d be a great idea to have a family BBQ out there, you know, to show potential buyers how ‘lively’ it can get. I invite my kids, thinking they’ll help out, maybe even charm the visitors. Wrong move. As soon as we light the grill, my son decides he’s the ‘Grill Master’. Kid’s never cooked a day in his life, but he’s out here flipping burgers like he’s on a cooking show. Meanwhile, my daughter’s giving house tours, but she’s making up wild stories for every room. ‘This? Oh, this is the room where they filmed a movie.’ What movie? So, I had this client, right? Single guy, mid-40s. He wanted a “bachelor pad” in the heart of the city. I showed him this sleek, modern condo. He’s looking around, nodding, trying to act all impressed. But I could tell he was out of his depth. I say, “You realize the only plants you’re going to keep alive in here are the plastic ones, right?” He laughed, then asked if the place came with a manual.

Had a family once, looking for their “forever home.” As we’re touring this beautiful suburban place, the kids are running around, the wife’s already planning where to put the Christmas tree, and the husband’s just staring at the garage. Because from where I’m standing, it looks less like a canvas and more like someone’s failed DIY project.” But hey, to each their own disaster.

Someone once told me they wanted a home with ‘good energy’. I pointed to the light switch and said, ‘There you go. Loads of energy. And it’s all good when you pay the bill on time.’

This guy asks if the house has any ‘unexpected features’. I reply, ‘Well, the previous owner mentioned a ghost in the attic, but that’s probably just the old plumbing. Or… you might get a new roommate who doesn’t contribute to the mortgage. Either way, it’s a conversation starter.’

A lady was concerned about the house’s carbon footprint. I told her, ‘Well, the carbon footprint might be a bit heavy, but on the upside, the actual footprints on the carpet are minimal.’
